Refund policy

At Taglioni Designs we endeavour to provide the highest quality of products and want you to love your products as much as we do!

Change of mind

We unfortunately don’t accept change of mind returns, but will always accept returns for manufacturing faults. 

Defectives, damages and issues 

All items are checked before leaving the warehouse but in the unfortunate case you receive the wrong item or the item is defective or has damages you must contact us at sales@taglionidesigns.com within 7 days of you receiving the goods, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Returning item

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, brand new, unused and unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. 

To start a return, please contact us at sales@taglionidesigns.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

You can always contact us for any return question at sales@taglionidesigns.com.

Exchanges and store credits 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we can process an exchange or store credit.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns, store credits or refunds on change of mind or sale items.

Disclaimer: Taglioni Designs reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove any part of this Returns and Refunds Policy at any time and without notice. Any variation to this policy will apply as soon as it is posted on our website. Taglioni Designs handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
